Course Description
The SSI Divemaster program is the first professional-level certification that qualifies you to supervise diving activities and assist with diver training. Building upon the SSI Dive Guide program, the Divemaster course deepens your diving knowledge, refines your skills to demonstration quality, and develops your leadership abilities. As an SSI Divemaster, you can lead certified divers, assist SSI Instructors during training, and conduct certain SSI programs independently. This comprehensive program prepares you for a fulfilling career in the dive industry and is a prerequisite for becoming an SSI Instructor.

Requirements
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Certification: Must be an SSI Dive Guide and have completed the SSI Science of Diving specialty.

• Experience: Minimum of 60 logged dives for certification.
• React Right: Must hold a current SSI React Right (or equivalent First Aid/CPR) certification.
Materials Needed
• Personal diving equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, wetsuit, dive computer).
• Dive knife, surface marker buoy (SMB), and whistle.

• SSI Digital Training Materials for Divemaster.
• SSI Digital Professional Certification Card upon completion.
